•	SYLLABUS/TRAINING REGIMENMust pass review based on HSA Guidelines.
•	INSURANCEMust be able to provide proof of adequate insurance with Aquanauts Adaptive Aquatics and sister company Aquanauts SCUBA Academy listed as additional insureds.
•	FEESCourse fees that will be charged to Aquanauts Adaptive Aquatics must pass review.
•	INTERVIEWMust successfully complete a training interview with our HSA Course Director.
•	APPLICATION FEEA non-refundable fee of $6,000 will be due upon application to cover processing with $10,000 due upon approval.

•	AGENCY INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATIONMust be certified as an Instructor with PADI, SDI, NAUI, or similar agency.
•	HSA INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATIONMust be a certified Instructor through Handicapped SCUBA Association (HSA).
•	FEESBasic Open Water Course Fees must be less than $650pp and Discover SCUBA must be less than $150pp.
•	CURRENT CERTIFICATIONSAll certifications must be current.

•	AGENCY INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATIONMust be certified as an Instructor with PADI, SDI, NAUI, or similar agency.
•	HSA INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATIONMust be a certified Instructor through Handicapped SCUBA Association (HSA).
•	SPECIALTY INSTRUCTORMust be certified to teach specialty courses.
•	FEESBuddy Disability Training fees must be less than $550pp.
•	CURRENT CERTIFICATIONSAll certifications must be current.
